
If you think this behavior could have been triggered by an update, I would recommend performing a clean uninstall and reinstall of Fusion 360 - this may resolve any errors during update that resulted in this problem.

I also noticed the third screenshot showed a screen capture of the installation/update log - but I do not see any error messages. Please update or uninstall any peripheral drivers present on your system to check if the problems persists afterwards.

Do any of the mice on your system require drivers? Spacemouse and peripheral drivers can interfere with Fusion 360 - it could be that a peripheral driver is causing these problem.
